Magic of Insulation is a technology and investment company. We develop high-voltage insulation technology and bring it into production in new regions through long-term partnerships.
What we do
Investment
We hold and govern manufacturing ventures in high-voltage equipment. Our role is that of an engaged owner: we set the technology standard, shape governance and stay close to operations for the life of each venture.
Technology transfer
We take proven insulation technology into new geographies. The work runs from partner selection and engineering documentation to production set-up, training and certification — until the local plant manufactures to the same standard as every other site of the group.
Research & development
We develop new insulation designs and adapt them to regional standards — and to a future without oil and without SF6. Development is shared across the group: what is designed once is manufactured everywhere.
How we work
Long-term partnerships
We enter for the long run and remain an operating partner — not a one-time licensor. The venture’s development is our development.
Local manufacturing
Production is built in the region, with local people and a local supply chain. Each venture belongs to the market it serves.
One technology standard
Every site works to one set of engineering documentation and one production standard. A bushing is the same bushing wherever it is made.
Where we are
Our corporate centre is in the United Arab Emirates — the head office in Dubai. A neutral jurisdiction at the crossing of the markets the group serves: Asia, Europe and Africa.
